Your Local Support Coordination Team
We currently have eight Support Coordinators in the team with a diverse range of skills and knowledge.
Our Support Coordination team is completely independent of service delivery which means we research providers based on your preference not ours.
Our Support Coordination team is:
- Savvy in NDIS language
- Flexible in their approach and are creative thinkers
- Compassionate and understanding
- Works towards capacity building
- Is focused on the specific goals of the participant
- Knowledgeable in a range of specialist areas, such as housing, psychosocial disability, child protection, complex health needs, etc.
