Seeking Supported Independent Living Support Workers!

Being a Support Worker is an incredibly rewarding career. Support Workers play a key role in society by supporting people living with a disability to gain a sense of independence and live the life they want to live.

Access Recreation are seeking Support Workers to work within a Supported Independent Living role. A Disability Support Worker is responsible for the care, management and support of people living with a disability who require high physical support. This role involves the day-to-day care for individuals in their home, domestic duties, hygiene practices, provision of meals and supporting clients in the community.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Availability to work mornings, afternoons, nights and active overnights
  • Minimum of a Certificate III in Individual Support or relevant to the industry
