Kickstart 2021 with a new fitness group – Strength Squad

We are excited to launch a new fitness group program that will incorporate general fitness training and participation in local events. Facilitated by a qualified fitness instructor, the program includes 2 x 2hr weekly sessions (these will include general fitness training and address other health and wellbeing topics such as nutrition, relaxation, goal setting etc.) and support to participate in local events (Colour Run, All Abilities Duathlon etc).
