Volunteer & Work Skills

Our Volunteer group provides NDIS participants the opportunity to develop new skills or build on existing experience and knowledge as well as offering the chance to give something back to the community and make a difference to the people around them.

Participants will have the opportunity to further develop their work readiness skills with training provided in resume and cover letter writing, job applications and interview techniques, what to wear and other necessary skills required for entering the workplace.

By Volunteering in a workplace in the community, participants will get hands on work experience in a real life working environment. Volunteering opportunities will be varied but may include catering, gardening, customer service, maintenance etc.
