12 week group fitness program preparing participants to compete in local sports events and challenges.
Strength Squad is Access Recreation’s group program ideal for people who would like to take their fitness to the next level and compete in local events.
By attending two sessions a week, you will begin at your own pace and build your fitness up on your own terms.
The program provides
- Basic fitness assessment and personal goal setting
- Nutritional guidance
- Personalised coaching and fitness sessions
- Preparation for local competitions and challenges
