Our Board

Access Recreation is governed by a Board of Management, drawn from the local Rockhampton community.

Our Board are advocates and champions for the rights of all people with a disability. All members volunteer their skills and expertise and are responsible for setting the strategic direction for Access Recreation, approving budgets and monitoring performance and compliance obligations on behalf of members by whom the Board members are elected and to whom they are accountable.

Board activities are aimed at the delivery of quality services to people living with disabilities in the Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Bundaberg and the surrounding areas, and ensuring that the Organisation remains focused on its Mission Statement.
